
I restarted my smart phone and opened Candy Crush and tried to sync it and it worked immediately and fully and correctly! Everything is completely synced! I am so freaking happy! So if you guys have some sort of web site protection settings or app or software, try changing the settings to 'Adult' - apparently Candy Crush is categorized as adult (18+) for some reason! Hope this works for everyone!

It sent me an email saying my Web Guard settings had been updated. They were set on 'Young Adult' (younger than 18) so I changed them to adult (18+). I went to my cell phone provider's website (on a computer) and signed in to my account and looked for the Web Guard settings.

SOLUTION: Guys I think I may have discovered a solution! I've been trying to get my Candy Crush Saga to sync with Facebook for a week now (ever since I got my new smart phone) and have been at my wit's end but I think I figured it out! I've been to every forum and help link and tried everything everyone suggested but no luck - until today! I noticed that when I tried to access Candy Crush through Facebook on the internet on my smart phone, it would give me a 'Web Guard - Content Restricted' page and I got to wondering if it had something to do with the syncing issue.
